Nicolas Paulmier, French Team Leader and a member of the Business Services, Healthcare and TMT Sector teams and the regional team for France at Cinven; and Olivier Vinciguerra, Chairman at Green RWA, were appointed to Domos FS’s Board of Directors.
Nicolas and Olivier both bring unique experiences and perspectives to Domos FS Board of Directors.
With decades of experience as leaders in their respective fields, Nicolas and Olivier are passionate about Domos FS’s commitment to bringing tech solutions to alternative investment fund managers. Overall, they will help us evolve our strategy to better serve our clients, our partners, and our communities.

Domos FS’s Board of Directors is a governance board that oversees the entire company. It also acts in an advisory capacity. The Board of Directors is responsible for overseeing finances, and major decision-making.
Meet Nicolas Paulmier
Nicolas Paulmier has an experience of more than 30 years in private equity, notably 20 years at Cinven as an Invest Com member and Exec Com member.
Nicolas has an MBA from INSEAD. He also has a BSc in Biology and Chemistry from the École Normale Supérieure and an MSc in Molecular Biology from the Institut Pasteur in Paris. He was a Tower Fellow at Harvard University.
Meet Olivier Vinciguerra
Olivier Vinciguerra has more than 20 years of experience in Finance, Fintech and Entrepreneurship.
Most of his career, Olivier was a sales executive leading Fintech companies such as Finastra and Calypso, in New York and London. Olivier holds an MS from ENSAE Paris |Tech majoring in Financial Markets.
