Step 1 : Application

Customize your CV

Carefully review the job description’s requirements and tailor your CV to align with them. Emphasize your previous responsibilities, skills, and achievements. Consider including school or personal projects that showcase relevant skills and knowledge.

If you choose to write a cover letter -we appreciate it- make sure it is specifically tailored to the role. Use the cover letter to share additional details that complement your CV.

Step 2 : Interviews & Assessments 

Screening and initial contact

If we find a suitable match between your qualifications and our open position, our HR manager will contact you to discuss the opportunity. After a comprehensive review of your profile with the hiring manager, our HR manager will let you know if you move on to the next step of the hiring process.  

Skills assessment

For selected positions, you may be invited to complete either an online or an in-person assessment, offering a deeper insight into your skills and capabilities. 

Interviews

Our interviews cover a broad spectrum of topics, including your prior experiences and hobbies. It’s important to come well-prepared with examples that demonstrate qualities we value at Domos FS, such as customer-centricity, problem-solving and teamwork.

Meeting with the hiring manager

This interview can be conducted in-person or via video chat. You may also have interviews with other team members and colleagues as part of the evaluation process. 

Step 3 : Offer

If you receive an offer, congratulations! Our HR manager will work with you on the details of your contract, various administrative requirements and start date.
