Professional Services Consultants (m/w)
We are looking for junior and senior consultants to support our Professional Services department.
Build and take part in the design of implementation projects
Support clients in the implemention of our solutions
Conduct or participate in workshop sessions and trainings with our customers
Contribute to the enhancement of the platform via functional or technical specifications.
Engineering degree or Business school degree (Master specialized in Finance or Information Systems) – For junior profiles, the role can also take the form of an internship leading to a permanent contract.

Knowledge in programming, either through a professional experience or your studies.
We are looking for Consultants to support the development of our Professional Services department.
Work directly with customers to gather, scope and understand business requirements, and steer them towards DOMOS best practice solutions.
Interact with clients both for business and technical specifications.
Write/maintain business analysis and solution documents.
Identify and document core product gaps.
Configure and test the system to ensure that it meets the business requirements.
Create and validate test scenarios.
Follow up with the Client’s end users to validate the solution delivered, achieve signoff, and continue to move the system towards go-live.
Manage issues and track timeline of deliverables, and proactively keep the Client and/or the DOMOS Project Manager informed of progress. Additionally, the consultant will assist customers with the development of their own internal project plan, including identification of key setup and configuration tasks, scope considerations, timeline and scheduling, and resource requirements.
Required skills, knowledge and experience
Engineering degree or Master’s degree in Finance or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years of experience
Experience in writing functional and business specifications with the ability to map conceptual financial and business elements to practical system capabilities
Knowledge and experience in Finance and/or Alternative Assets will be appreciated
Good knowledge of SQL/Oracle, XML and basic principles of coding
